Our firm Bavastro, Delavault & Asociados – BD&A-(formerly Estudio Giordano & Asociados) since 1980 began his professional performance, providing Audit and Tax services to companies involved in different industries, and of different size, ranging from small and medium firms to local branches of large international corporations.

At a certain stage of our evolution, and motivated by our clients needs, we incorporated new professional practices to our services menu, like Management Consulting and Advise in M&A projects, through the association with other firms that, in addition to their professional solvency, share our obsession for excellence.

Since 1992 our firm has become full member of Nexia International in Argentina, having invited other firms to integrate the network to give geographical and professional services coverage in the country. The Umbrella Group was formed becoming BD&A the Secretariat Office.
